"Who Let the Dogs Out?"- Bayer Leverkusen’s Boniface Claps Back at Lady Who Called Him Talentless

Nigerian footballer Victor Boniface has once again proven that he is not just a social media sensation but a force to be reckoned with on the pitch. The Bayer Leverkusen striker recently found himself in the middle of an online drama after a Nigerian lady, in a viral video released by Pulse Sports, called him "talentless."

The Online Drama

In the video, the lady claimed Boniface had no football talent and that all he does is post memes. She further alleged that those who admire him are only interested in his giveaways. However, her remarks did not sit well with Nigerians, who swiftly flooded the comment section to "cook" her.

Boniface, known for his quick-witted responses, didn’t let the criticism slide. He shared a clip of the lady alongside the viral sound "Who let the dogs out?" to mock her. But he didn’t stop there—he also posted a screenshot of the same lady begging him, the so-called "talentless" footballer, for a signed jersey and money. This revelation only fueled the backlash against her, as netizens on X (formerly Twitter) labeled her "bitter."

Boniface Lets His Boots Do the Talking

As fate would have it, Boniface had a game shortly after the online exchange. The Nigerian international came on as a substitute in Bayer Leverkusen’s DFB-Pokal quarterfinal clash against FC Köln and ended up scoring the match-winning goal. His performance silenced critics and gave him the perfect opportunity to rub salt in the wound.

Following the victory, Boniface delivered another savage clapback by posting a video mocking the lady’s hairline, further igniting reactions across social media.

Osimhen, Iheanacho, Chukwueze: Latest Transfer Updates on Nigerian Stars in Europe

Victor Osimhen remains a key player to watch in the next transfer window after rejecting multiple offers in favor of completing the season on loan at Galatasaray. Despite strong interest from Chelsea, Al Ahli, and PSG, the Nigerian forward opted for a full-season loan with the reigning Turkish champions.

However, his loan deal includes a break clause, allowing him to leave if a top club makes an approach, as reported by sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. Despite this, Osimhen has assured Galatasaray that he intends to finish the season with them.

With the January transfer window open, interest from Manchester United and Juventus has surfaced. Buchi Laba, a journalist closely linked to Nigerian player transfers, confirmed that Man United, Juventus, and Liverpool had inquired about Osimhen’s availability. However, the 26-year-old reportedly chose to honor his commitment to Galatasaray, not wanting to "disrespect" the club.

Buchi Laba was also the first to break the news of Osimhen’s loan move to Galatasaray, which was later confirmed by Fabrizio Romano’s famous "here we go" announcement.

Kelechi Iheanacho to Middlesbrough: Here We Go!

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Kelechi Iheanacho has completed a six-month loan move to Championship side Middlesbrough. The Nigerian striker has struggled for form since joining Sevilla on a free transfer from Leicester City.

His dip in form has not only affected his club performance but has also led to debates among Nigerian fans about whether he still deserves a Super Eagles call-up. However, this move to Middlesbrough could be a turning point in reviving "Senior Man Kelz."

Samuel Chukwueze to Fulham?

According to Fabrizio Romano, Premier League side Fulham has made inquiries about AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze. The 25-year-old recently scored against Parma to complete a comeback after returning from injury but has struggled for game time at Milan.

At Villarreal, Chukwueze was a key playmaker and the top assist provider during their Europa League-winning campaign. However, since moving to AC Milan, he has played second fiddle to Christian Pulisic. With Milan also signing João Félix on loan, his chances of regular playing time have further diminished.

A move to Fulham could offer Chukwueze more opportunities, especially with Super Eagles teammates Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey already at the club. Considering his impressive performances during Nigeria’s 2015 U-17 World Cup victory and his time at Villarreal, a Premier League switch might be his shot at redemption.

Let’s wait and see what happens next!

Chelsea vs West Ham: Blues Stage Comeback to Secure All Three Points

Chelsea made a thrilling comeback tonight, securing all three points after initially going behind in the first half due to a costly mistake from defender Levi Colwill. The young center-back gifted West Ham an opening goal with a misplaced pass that was easily intercepted.

Notably, Chelsea’s usual No. 1 goalkeeper, Robert Sánchez, was benched for the match following costly errors in his last outing against Manchester City. In his place, Jorgensen was handed a starting role. However, it seemed as though Sánchez’s struggles had transferred to Levi Colwill who started ahead of recalled loanee Trevoh Chalobah. Colwill made several errors, one of which directly led to West Ham’s goal.

Despite the defensive lapses, Chelsea managed to turn things around. Pedro Neto scored the equalizer, giving the team a much-needed boost. The winning moment came when Cole Palmer’s well-struck free kick deflected off Aaron Wan-Bissaka and was ruled an own goal.

With this victory, Chelsea keeps their hopes of a top-four finish alive, especially after Manchester City stumbled to second place Arsenal.
