Bashir Ahmad Declares Buhari Better Than Obasanjo, Yar'Adua, and Jonathan in Infrastructure Development
Bashir Ahmad, a former aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, has claimed that Buhari surpassed former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, and Goodluck Jonathan in infrastructure development.
Reacting to a post by X user @PDPRepublic, who stated that Nigeria was last in good hands under Obasanjo, Yar'Adua, and Jonathan, Ahmad wrote:
"Hilarious! In terms of infrastructure, these three presidents combined can’t boast even a third of what President Buhari achieved in his 8 years. That is not even an opinion, that is a fact."
He went on to criticize the PDP for its 16-year rule, stating:
"PDP failed to create any legacy project for 16 yrs."
Ahmad described this as disgraceful, noting that despite the oil boom during the PDP era, the party failed to translate wealth into infrastructure.
